Laguna Beach is my favorite place in the world. On a typical summer day in Laguna Beach, one could say that it's the prettiest most tropical place in the world with beautiful coastline homes.  With a population of 23,114 people, the community is one of a kind.


San Juan Capistrano is one of the oldest cities in California. Not only is it beautiful, but it is home one of the original 12 California Missions built by the Spanish rule. This community is the epicenter of Spanish culture with a mix is Spanish architecture followed by a number of world class wineries.

Mission Viejo

Mission Viejo sits in a prime Orange County location with a population of 945,246 people. The cities real estate opportunities have been increasing for years.

Aliso Viejo

Aliso Viejo is a hot bed for new condos! Aliso sits right on the edge of Irvine and Newport Beach allowing easy access to major freeways and shopping centers. With the new expansion of the 73 and surrounding areas, Aliso Viejo is becoming a great location to start a family or a career.
